This dataset contains the the following variables for the 24 countries
that were in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in
1989.

name:     name of country
pch:      per capita health care expenditures (1989)
pcgdp:    per capita gross domestic product (1989)
          reported in US dollars converted using Purchasing Power Parities to
             adjust for differences in price levels between countries
