NOTE for ODT examples

Unless you have an ancient version of OpenOffice, ODT source files 
do not work because OpenOffice detects the result files as corrupted.
Until this issue is resolved, we will suspend really supporting ODT.

Perhaps we have found a fix for that bug. Please report if you still 
get reports of a corrupted file.
